flowcrux

About

Built by people who've been on the other side.

We've felt the friction of building inside lenders — the broken rule engines, the LOS migrations that ate quarters, the workflows held together with spreadsheets. Now we're building the platform we wished we had.

I'm Shrikrishna. An MBA in finance, an engineer by training, and someone who's spent years living inside the systems Indian lenders run on — Business Rule Engines, Loan Origination Systems, the tools that are supposed to make life easier for credit and ops teams but somehow always make it harder.

I built Flowcrux because I lived the pain. I watched simple rule changes turn into quarter-long projects. I watched product ideas get stuck in engineering queues. I watched ops teams hold broken workflows together with spreadsheets because the platform couldn't keep up.

I've always dreamed of building my own product. I'm doing that now — and my rule is simple: if you're going to do it, target for the best.

I'm not building this alone. Devidas brings the banking and go-to-market depth. Sandesh is the engineer turning every idea into working software. Swapnil owns operations. Four people, four perspectives, one product.

We're early. We're looking for our first three lender partners — banks, NBFCs, or lending fintechs — who want to shape this platform from the inside. If that sounds like you, write to me. I read every email myself.

Devidas

Banking veteran with deep roots in the Indian lending stack. Brings the domain perspective and runs how Flowcrux reaches the lenders who need it most.

Sandesh

The engineer turning every product idea into working software. Owns the platform, the codebase, and the bar for what ships.

Swapnil

Owner of how Flowcrux runs as a company. From customer onboarding to the day-to-day rhythm — keeps the wheels turning so the rest of us can build.

What we believe

Four principles that shape every product decision.

If we're doing it, we target for the best

No half-measures. No "good enough for now." We don't ship something we wouldn't bet our reputation on.

Governance is not optional

Speed without audit trails is just a faster way to fail compliance. Every module ships with versioning, approvals, and trails on day one.

Business teams build, engineering scales

The right person to design a loan journey is the person running it. We give analysts the canvas; we give engineering the escape hatches.

India-first, India-real

We're not retrofitting templates from Western fintechs. We design for the workflows Indian lenders actually run.

Be one of the first three

We're taking three lender partners in 2026.

Banks, NBFCs, and lending fintechs who want a foundational seat at the table. You shape the platform. We invest in your success. The relationship is closer than vendor-customer — we build this together.

What we offer
  • Direct access to the founders — every week
  • Hands-on platform onboarding and setup
  • Custom modules and features built around your needs
  • Pilot pricing with long-term partnership terms
  • Direct influence on the roadmap
What we need from you
  • A real production use case (not a POC that goes nowhere)
  • A 6-month commitment to put the platform through real load
  • Brutally honest feedback — the kind that makes a product better
  • An internal champion who can navigate procurement and compliance

Let's talk

The next chapter of Indian lending needs new infrastructure.

If you're building a lending product in India and tired of waiting on engineering for every change, we'd love to hear from you.
